Rowe employees are NICET certified and we maintain licenses in multiple states and we continually invest in training for our team.
National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) is the nationally recognized certification standard for the fire protection industry. Individuals who are certified must document experience, provide recommendations and pass written testing standards. Rowe understands the importance of qualified technicians and we consistently strive for our employees to be NICET certified.
In addition to NICET certification, Rowe also maintains an apprenticeship program – a Department of Labor initiative which enables our company to continually develop top performers in the industry. Apprenticeship gives employees the information to understand fully how design and operation apply to the hands on work being completed at your facility and also classroom instruction. Apprentices work under a journeyman (someone that has competed the actual program and is registered with the DOL) and are on a set pay scale with incremental raises associated with completion of set training modules.
Rowe recognizes the value in qualified employees and this program helps ensure that the individuals working on jobs have the right experience
