Reed employees are NICET certified and we maintain licenses in multiple states and we continually invest in training for our team.
National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) is the nationally recognized certification standard for the fire protection industry. Individuals who are certified must document experience, provide recommendations and pass written testing standards. Reed understands the importance of qualified technicians and we consistently strive for our employees to be NICET certified.
In addition to NICET certification, Reed also maintains an AFSA training program – a detailed curriculum which enables our company to continually develop top performers in the industry. AFSA training gives employees the information to understand fully how design and operation apply to the hands on work being completed at your facility and also classroom instruction.
Reed recognizes the value in qualified employees and this program helps ensure that the individuals working on jobs have the right experience
