Originally from Tolleson, AZ, Joshua De Williams Jones learned the value of hard work and thinking outside the box through his upbringing. One passion of Joshua’s is bringing people together to accomplish goals through teamwork and cooperation. Outside of the office, Joshua enjoys coaching his kids in football and lacrosse, the outdoors, and camping. Married with 6 kids (5 boys and 1 girl), his wife, Joran, is truly the secret to his success. Joshua’s career first took off in Arizona as a helper in piping residential systems. Working his way up to foreman, and then to project manager, he was hired by a Chicago company to lead a startup division where he learned Auto CAD and sprinkler system design. After working in the sales and estimating departments, he was promoted to the executive team. The Team at Rowe are the definition of “Big enough to matter, but small enough to care”. Every team member chips in. While a corporate structure is in place, it does not define Rowe or the work they do. Rowe really is an “all-hands-on-deck” organization. One day executive members are in the field setting up systems, and the next they are attending a corporate meeting or industry seminar. Regardless of title or position, all aspects of work are fully focused on satisfying customers.
